Just before Christmas all employees were asked to complete our annual Staff Survey. The survey is a chance for employees to let Halsall know their views, it measures the point of view of employees and is designed to assess whether it aligns with that of the company. The results form part of our ongoing business development.

We believe that is one of the best ways to measure engagement, and give employees the chance to feel heard.

We have compiled the results and we are proud to share the results.

• 98% agree – I have the materials and equipment to do my job
• 98% agree – I go the extra mile to ensure business performance measures are met
• 96% agree – I have clearly defined roles and I know what is expected of me

These are fantastic results, especially after a difficult year.
