Reward for innovative ideas at Badminton Road

Gary (pictured on the right) is a bricklayer who has been working on our Badminton Road site for the last 4 months. He received a voucher of £25 for Jewsons Building Merchant from our project manager Keon Baker (pictured on the left) thanks to his suggestion to attach 1ton sacks to the crane in order to encourage people to clean up their own waste without issuing clear up notices.

Following the award of the voucher, a surge of ideas has been reported on the hazard cards from people working on the site. They are paying more attention to serenity and safety for everybody on the site.

This reward has been a success to encourage our team to be vigilant and feel more concerned about health and safety on the site and it is important for us to keep on encouraging these efforts to avoid accidents in the future.

Congratulations to Gary, and keep up the good work team!
