We’re thrilled to announce that work has completed on our landmark 20 home development – Nursery Gardens in Exeter.

Nursery Gardens was the first development being delivered as a Joint Venture partnership between leading housing provider Stonewater and Halsall Homes Ltd.

The homes, in the village of Monkerton are perfect for modern family living and have a wide range of Ofsted rated ‘Good’ schools nearby, as well as fantastic commuter links. The photographs really show just how beautiful this new neighbourhood is.

All homes have now been moved into. We are very proud to be part of this project with Stonewater.
