We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a fantastic new £13.3m project named Chivers House in Bath for C Group.

The works, based on a former warehouse site on Windsor Bridge Road will comprise of 95 apartments over 2 blocks, providing a stunning mix of 1- and 2-bedroom homes.

The project will also include car parking, electrical vehicle charging, cycle storage and proving future connection to the Sustainable Travel Route; which will utilise the currently disused former railway bridge over the River Avon.

This will be just one of our 3 live, high rise apartment developments that is utilising reinforced concrete frames. Chivers House is in the redevelopment area of Twerton alongside the Old Bath Gas Works on the old railway cutting and is expected to be complete in winter 2023.
