New project for Net Zero homes in Bristol

Romney Avenue, Bristol, Net Zero homes

We are thrilled to have been selected to work alongside Modulous and Bristol City Council to build 12 new net zero homes in Romney Avenue.

Reducing our carbon footprint is one of the world’s top priorities and we all should be doing everything we can to contribute to this. This method will not only reduce carbon emissions significantly when compared to normal methods of construction, but also reduce construction timings by manufacturing off-site, resulting in a decrease of disruptions in the local community and enable rapid installations on-site.

Calculations show that this innovative design will enable 50% time saving on project delivery, 60% reduction in carbon emissions, and 70% reduction in construction waste. Win-win-win!
