This luxury care home will provide residential, respite and dementia care services to the elderly. We’ve created an outstanding care home for our longstanding and valued customer, Avery Healthcare. This will be a catalyst for a number of employment opportunities, and we are so pleased to have been a participant in the local community.

The new care home consists of 70 bedrooms and includes amenities, such as lounges, dining room, cinema, salon and a therapy room.

This project has been visited by many key people in the community, starting with a celebratory topping out ceremony at the beginning of 2020. To mark the occasion, The Mayor and Mayoress of Droitwich attended, as did the actress Sherrie Hewson. Followed by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service making the most of our tower crane. It’s no surprise that there aren’t too many opportunities to practice a tower crane emergency rescue, and we were more than happy to accommodate them using the crane to train their employees.

The project has now been completed and is ready for our customer’s internal fit out works. These will be taking place within the next few weeks.
