Following the successful conclusion of our client’s land ownership and live services issues, Halsall Construction is very pleased to have made a start at Morley Road, Bristol.

The Scheme will provide 21 new homes of mixed tenure affordable rent, open-market rent and shared ownership on behalf of our leading South West housing provider, Liverty.

The project is valued at £2.5m and works are currently ongoing to structurally stabilise the site due to previous mine workings in the vicinity. The Development will benefit from an extensive storm water attenuation design and will provide an attractive street frontage to what was a previously derelict brown field site.

Works are anticipated to complete in June 2019.
