Following our acquisition of the site in March of 2019, and the successful completion of a planning application to increase the number of homes on the site from 17 to 20, it is all systems go to make a start this coming autumn.

Developed in conjunction with our Joint Venture partners Stonewater Developments, for whom this project will be the first JV that they have done, it is anticipated the first sales will be achieved in early summer of 2021.

The site is in the Monkerton area and will be known as Nursery Gardens.

The development will provide 13 homes for sale and seven affordable homes, two of which will be available for Shared Ownership
