This internationally recognised standard in Health and Safety Management. ISO 45001 was published in March 2018 which refers to standards for Occupational Health and Safety. Achieving this standard demonstrates that we have prioritised employee safety, reduced workplace risks and created better, safer working conditions.

In the report, the auditors highlighted a few particular areas of excellence:

• Company minimum standards roll out
• The appointment and training of Mental Health and Wellbeing ambassadors
• Our Gold Award from Investors in People
• The quality of our induction process
