We are pleased to announce that our first Halsall Homes development in Roundswell, Barnstaple is now complete with only four homes still to be sold.

The development was a joint venture with Westco, the open market sales division of the Exeter based affordable housing provider Devon and Cornwall Housing.

The development is known as ‘Clarendon Gardens’ and provides 21 two, three and four bedroom homes for open market sale and an additional 9 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.

Simon Jenvey, Development Manager at Halsall Homes said, “This has been a successful first entry into both private development and joint ventures for our new Homes business and will give confidence to go forward with further developments across our operating region. A second phase of 11 homes are due to receive planning permission shortly and we expect to begin construction in the spring with the first homes being available in late summer.

Further afield in Plymouth we have 42 homes currently in planning at our exciting development off Tamerton Foliot Road. It is hoped that we will be able to start construction this year with the first homes being available in 2019. Please keep an eye on our website for details.”
