Where has Halsall been busy over the summer?

As many students moved out of their accommodation in the early summer months, Halsall Construction moved in.

Education projects are often fast-pace and deadline-driven in order to be ready for handover before the start of new academic years. This summer Halsall Construction was on site at Goldney Hall carrying out a refurbishment project for the University of Bristol,  and at Marlborough College in Wiltshire starting the first of 2 phases at the College’s Preshute House. Both projects had to be ready for Halsall’s clients.

Goldney Hall (Bristol University) reached handover with zero defects. Well done to the Delivery Team for this achievement; the Project was challenging and well-received by the University of Bristol.

Preshute House (Marlborough College) phase 1B achieved handover on the 4th September. This £1.65m scheme was certainly challenging and with hard work and determination, the Team delivered! Halsall now has phase 1A to finish which is due for completion on the 14th December.

Kingsgate School (Wiltshire Council) has officially started. Halsall Construction has been awarded the £3.85m contract to construct a purpose-built school for Wiltshire Council where Halsall Construction has had some interesting archaeology works which have taken over a third of the site. The School is due to open next September with the client-fit out due July 2019.
