Halsall is delighted to announce the opening of a new Exeter office to support its continued growth in the region. Having secured a number of new projects in the region, including a new £7m care home for Barchester, & a £10million project with LiveWest to provide 85 affordable homes. Halsall’s development business, Halsall Homes, has also recently acquired a site in Exeter to deliver 17 open market homes.

Halsall’s presence in the region began in 2016, since then it has delivered a number of projects including Willand & Barnstaple.

The new office is a sign of Halsall’s commitment to the region & ensuring that our teams have the working environment which enables them to serve our customers & our local supply chain.

Managing Director Andy Corp said: “With many projects already delivered & more in the pipeline, we feel now is the right time to establish a more permanent base in Exeter to further strengthen capability in the region.”
