St Werburghs, the former Brooks Laundry site which dates back to the 19th century when it was used for industrial units by Brooks Dyers and Cleaners now has its first completed show home!
The £21.5m design and build project which started on site earlier this year, developed by Acorn in partnership with Galliard Homes, the scheme will provide a mix of homes centred around the landmark chimney and will present 105 new homes to Bristol.
The existing site lay derelict for many years, we are delivering a scheme which will feature landscaped public open spaces, new pedestrian routes linking to the surrounding areas and neighbouring parkland to greatly benefit the local community.
