Silver Hill, Plymouth | We’ve reached a milestone

Amazing news and a really great week for the site team at our development – Silver Hill in Plymouth.

The former Quarryfields site, off Tamerton Foliot Road in Crownhill, is a joint venture between Plymouth Community Homes Regeneration Company (PCHRC) and us. The new development will provide a total of 38 new homes.

This week, we were able to showcase the start of the foundations being laid which is a huge milestone for us and great progress.

We are working collaboratively with our customer, Plymouth Community Homes Regeneration Company (PCHRC), along with our supply chain and team of consultants to deliver the exciting range of contemporary three and four bedroom homes.
