Construction of 11 new houses, mixture of two & three bed timber frame houses incorporating 10 social rent & one shared ownership tenure.

This was a 33 week project with a value of £1,590,000.

The use of land adjacent was used for the site compound, reducing transport costs with multiple moves of welfare units to accommodate works in progress

• Extensive & resourceful use of excavated material to fill & adjust existing site levels to suit landscaping design
• Use of local Site Manager & key operative, Key Op used on phase one with site supervisor qualification so could cover site on Saturdays if required & if limited trades on site
• Use of selected subcontractors from phase one works, know the specification & know the required Halsall standard
• Successful procurement of dry lining & decorating subcontractors – awarded further works on projects both at Ilminster & Willand
