Enhancing and celebrating life

We’re are thrilled to announce the completion of our project – Barchester Care Home for Barchester Healthcare.

Barchester care home was a £7.4m project which ran across an 80 week period and which sees a care home transformed.

The project consisted of masonry construction over three floors with mixture of brickwork, render and feature metal cladding to elevations. The sub basement includes the likes of laundry kitchen and plant room. The upper floors feature a hairdressers, cinema, specialist dementia care rooms and external glazed balconies. These taking full advantage of stunning countryside views across the ex-valley and coastline beyond.

Our specialist knowledge of construction in the care and retirement industry has enabled this new build to be a fantastic addition to Barchester Healthcare’s facilities. As a result, it will provide residents with greater opportunities to enhance and celebrate life. We are very proud to be part of this project.
