We are delighted to announce that we have been accepted onto the Homes England framework – Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System.

Homes England is our first multimillion pound government framework. Homes England offers the chance to develop sites across the south west that are not available on the open market.

It’s Development Directorate is focussed on delivering developable sites into the market and they do this by acquiring, de-risking and disposing of land to developers and housebuilders who then build and market homes on that land. The framework is put in place to make it it easier for housebuilders of any size to access Homes England land, by giving them the option to apply to join at any time.
