Halsall Homes aquires first development site
The development will be known as ‘Clarendon Gardens’ and will provide 21 two, three and four bedroom homes for open market sale and an additional nine affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.

Gavin K Davis joins the family business
Initially with Shepperton Properties before joining Halsall in 1984 and overseeing a number developments under the Halsall Homes brand

Shepperton Properties Ltd was founded
Building shops and offices in Shepperton

Shepperton Builders Ltd was founded
Trading today as Shepperton Homes – building new luxury homes.

Cyril secures contract with Ministry of Works
To build part of an estate of 3,000 Airey Houses in Hounslow and a contract to renew the sewers in Croydon
Customer experience
Cyril endeavoured to offer his customers what we today would term an exceptional experience by providing new features such as sunken baths & Art Nouveau leaded light windows.

Cyril’s property portfolio grows to over 50 properties
He owned & rented out around 50 properties in Shepperton and the surrounding areas. His business was closed to support the War effort with all plant and machinery donated.
