Earlier this week our HR Manager was invited by our Investors in People Practitioner to talk about Halsall’s dynamic approach to capability development at the monthly networking meeting. The focus of this event was on leadership and the Halsall journey with our Senior Managers, Leadership Development Plans and Leader Profile.
We are pleased to say that the webinar went brilliantly and there was a lot of discussion following on from the Halsall presentation, especially around motivation and psychometric testing and how we use them.
