Halsall’s Broomhill site scores an impressive 40 after its first CCS visit

Well done to Jason Turville, Halsall‘s Site Manager, at Broomhill, Bristol for scoring a fantastic 40/50 at the Site’s first CCS visit.

Halsall is on site in Broomhill where 11 x 2-bedroom properties, and 2 x 1-bedroom muse flats are being constructed over 44 weeks for Bristol City Council. The £1.94m project will provide essential housing and accommodation to the east of the City.

All Halsall sites are registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme which is a non-profit-making, independent organisation founded in 1997 by the Construction Industry to improve its image. Construction sites voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The category scores following the site visit, ranged from 7 (very good) to 9 (exceptional) totalling 40/50. This means that the project is currently operating in the range ‘Very Good – Exceptional’.

Fantastic news and typical of Halsall sites. Well done to Jason and his team.
