Halsall wins another award under the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s National Site Awards

Halsall Construction attended the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s National Site Awards in London last week and were delighted to receive their Bronze award for Halsall’s Passivhaus Scheme in Lawrence Weston, Bristol. The £4.3m project for Bristol City Council saw the construction of 12 houses, 9 bungalows and 2 flats achieve Passivhaus certification.

Since 1998, the Scheme has been rewarding the UK’s most considerate sites for the contribution they have made towards improving the image of construction. The Scheme looks at the measures a site has put in place to be more considerate towards local neighbourhoods and the public, the workforce, and the environment.

Steve Sanders, Halsall’s SHEQ Advisor said of the award “winning a National Site Award is fantastic and it’s thanks to, and credit to, our great Team. The awards recognises those sites which have made the greatest contribution towards improving the image of construction and to receive another award following our RoSPA GOLD award is an exceptional achievement”.

Congratulations to the Lawrence Weston Passivhaus Team, Bronze Considerate Constructors National Award.
