Halsall have emerged quickly from the COVID-19 crisis securing a number of new projects worth £31m.
Halsall’s construction business has secured three new projects totalling £16.6m; a £2.8m 15 unit residential scheme in Keynsham for Alliance Homes, a £7.7m 80 bed care home in Filton for Hamberely Developments and a £5.3m 2FE primary school for a Persimmon Homes led consortium. In addition to these projects which will all be commencing on site shortly, Halsall Construction have entered into a £750k pre-construction services agreement with Acorn Property Group for the redevelopment of the former Exeter Royal Academy for Deaf Education which will see 146 new homes built on the site over the next couple of years.
Halsall’s development business, Halsall Homes, has also secured planning permission for two new residential developments with a total value of £14.6m. Works will commence later this year on 38 homes off Tamerton Foliot Road, Plymouth and 20 homes at Gipsy Lane, Exeter. Both projects will consist of open market sales units and affordable homes. Halsall Homes will be working in a joint venture partnership with Plymouth Community Homes on Tamerton Foliot Road and Stonewater at Gipsy Lane.
