Halsall is delighted to announce simultaneous exchange and completion on a 30 unit site off Old Torrington Road in Barnstaple, Devon.

Halsall Homes will develop the site in a joint venture with DCH’s Westco, the open market sales division of the Exeter based affordable housing provider.

The exciting new mixed tenure scheme will be known as ‘Clarendon Gardens’ and will provide 21 two, three and four bedroom homes for open market sale and an additional 9 affordable homes for DCH. Full planning permission has been granted on the site with construction starting in June this year and first legal completions due in the first quarter of 2017.
