With great pleasure, we can announce that we have secured the contract for the design and construction of 11 residential properties on the former coach station site in Winford, Somerset for Woodsome Estates.

The scheme designed by Origin 3 Studio comprises a mixture of two and three bed properties, with seven terraced units to the front of the site and two pairs of semi-detached units to the rear.

Matt Stringer, Estimating Manager said, “We are delighted to have been selected as the preferred contractor for the project, and look forward to working with Woodsome Estates on this exciting open market scheme.”

The project is due to start on site in January 2018 with an expected completion date of October 2018.
