Halsall Construction has started on site at Silver Street in Willand, Devon at a £4.3m mixed residential scheme of 28 units for Livety.

The Scheme will see the 2, 3 and 4 bed houses constructed along with flats and a bungalow over the contract duration of 78 weeks.

The properties will consist of a timber frame construction with facing brick externals with a new adoptable estate access road and external works package incorporating brick-paved private parking areas.
