We are pleased to announce that after a successful second stage of a two-stage tender process, we have been selected as the preferred contractor for Heathfield Community School.

The project consists of the demolition of temporary accommodation and the erection of two new buildings to provide fit for purpose expressive art, science and performing arts facilities.

Matthew Stringer, Estimating Manager said, “The project was initially over budget following stage one of the tender process; however, working collaboratively with Heathfield Community School, Futures for Somerset and Somerset County Council, our preconstruction team were able to propose alternative methods of construction and value engineering options to meet the budget without compromising the quality of the customer’s requirements.”

Work is due to commence in September 2017.
