We are extremely excited to announce that Halsall Construction has appointed Paul Lacy as Operations Manager.  He will lead the delivery of all Halsall projects across the South West of England region.

Paul has been in the industry for over 33 years and brings with him a wealth of experience in all types of refurbishment and new build projects ranging from £500k to £25m. Starting his career as a Carpenter, he has progressed his career through the ranks of Foreman, Site Manager, Project Manager and Operations Manager. His approach to his customers, supply chain and people in building great relationships has resulted in a very successful career with repeat business and he has been a multiple CIOB Construction Manager of the Year finalist. Paul’s approach aligns perfectly with Halsall’s values and is a great fit to our business with his proven track record of predictable outcomes.
