We are pleased to announce that the first five dwellings at Lawrence Weston have been completed and achieved Passivhaus certification; the first Halsall Construction Passivhaus certified homes.

Andy Corp, Managing Director said, “We are delighted to have completed the first tranche of Passivhaus certified homes which will provide highly energy efficient, well ventilated and comfortable housing with remarkably low running costs. Following the success of our partnership with Bristol City Council on the Kingsmarsh & Baynton project, we are very proud to have once again contributed to reducing the housing need in the city”.

The project at Lawrence Weston consists of the construction of 23 affordable dwellings built to Passivhaus certification to aid the current housing crisis in Bristol, and is due to be completed in August this year.
