Congratulations Halsall Construction – another very high CCS score!

Halsall’s site at Broomhill, east Bristol, has recently had its second Considerate Constructors Scheme inspection scoring an impressive 43 out of a possible 50. In August, we were delighted to report that the first score achieved was 40, and with the diligence and pro-active attitude expected of a Halsall delivery team, Site Manager Jason Turville has raised the bar further abiding by the Code of Considerate Practice on his site.

The Project is currently operating in the range of ‘Excellent – Exceptional’ which highlights Halsall‘s continued desire to demonstrate from the outset, that the works have had as low an impact as is reasonable on the surrounding environment and local population.

Halsall does more than just construct bricks and mortar and Jason and his team are proud of their positive impact on the Site’s neighbours. All of the neighbours in the area are highly supportive of the Project, and Halsall‘s Site Manager Jason regularly attends the local Residents Association meetings to ensure fantastic communication and add to the meeting where necessary.

The project comprises the construction of 13 number 2-bedroom houses on the site of a former care-home complex. The site is opposite Eastwood Park and is surrounded on all other sides by well-established residential properties.
