We are proud to share that St Werburghs, the former Brooks Laundry site, Section Three Block C has now been handed over, all of the properties are due to be occupied by the end of the Easter holiday. The next block is also currently nearing completion.

Overall, this project will present 105 new homes to Bristol. The existing site lay derelict for many years, we are delivering a scheme which will feature landscaped public open spaces, new pedestrian routes linking to the surrounding areas and neighbouring parkland to greatly benefit the local community.
