Bristol Civic Society Award for Kingsmarsh House & Baynton House

Kingsmarsh House & Baynton House has been awarded a Bristol Civic Society Design Award. The scheme, designed by Kendall Kingscott and built by Halsall Construction for Bristol City Council, was one of only four projects selected from 19 entries to receive an award this year and was presented on Monday evening by TV presenter Kevin McCloud.

To be nominated for an award, projects had to be located within the City of Bristol, completed within the past two years, and visible to the general public. In addition, they were required to demonstrate a high standard of architectural design which resulted in delight for occupiers, visitors and neighbours alike.
