Management Systems
Halsall Construction operates a comprehensive
Quality Management System, the aim of which is to promote
a high standard of performance in all aspects of the
business.
Quality issues are managed on a day
to day basis by an experienced resident Site Manager,
working in conjunction with a visiting Contracts Manager,
an office based Surveyor and Buyer. The project team
report directly to the Company’s Operations Director,
who has ultimate responsibility for the project’s
performance post contract.
The Company recognises the importance
of providing a high quality ‘Customer Care’
service post contract completion and as a consequence,
we employ a dedicated Maintenance Co-ordinator, whose
primary job function is to organise and monitor the
making good of any reported defects.
