As we hope we have demonstrated throughout our website, Halsall passionately believes in modern, sustainable design and construction. Just one example of which is our planned new head office development at Wellow Business Park.

We are currently in the advanced stages of land acquisition, with the planning application to be lodged shortly. The state-of-the-art complex is to comprise of 3 purpose-built office blocks: Halsall Construction will be moving into one of the buildings, with the other two office spaces available for private lease.

As you'd expect, both the site and the building utilise the very latest construction methods and techniques. As well as eliminating waste and improving efficiency, the building has been designed to be ecologically and environmentally friendly. In other words, it is a working example of sound, sustainable design and construction.
