The Company was called in to assist the engineering of an affordable solution to deal with a multitude of site abnormals affecting the proposed three storey building, i.e., poor ground bearing conditions, contamination, restricted site access, logistics, build ability issues, noise attenuation (owing to the proximity of a main line railway on one side of the site and a main trunk road on the other), programming, etc.

We are pleased to advise that following considerable consultation and liaison, the Company was able to evolve an affordable solution to address these issues and that the project proceeded.
