The Codford Village Hall Trust, were seeking ways to fund the replacement of their dilapidated village hail, which was extensively used by a wide variety of community groups.

The Trust’s Chairman knew of the Company’s expertise in the affordable housing sector and approached the Company with a view to establishing whether we would be prepared to work with them in evolving a proposal to redevelop the former village hall site with affordable housing for local people in housing need. The primary objective being to utilise the residual land value to fund the construction of a new Community Centre on the adjoining recreation/playing field, without incurring any additional costs/liabilities.
