body), three local authorities with responsibility for housing
strategy, seven housing associations and four construction
companies. Working in a non-confrontational manner, the
Partnership hopes to achieve significant economies of scale
and the efficient production of affordable homes.

by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Our role is
to fund and regulate housing associations in England.

Sarsen
Provides over 5300 affordable rented homes mainly in Wiltshire
but also in Hampshire, Gloucestershire and Devon. In addition,
we rent homes at market rents; run schemes to help people
buy homes and provide domiciliary care, personal support
and Care and Repair services for elderly and other clients.

Group operates across the South of England in the main but
also in the Midlands providing affordable housing for rent
and sale for both general and specialist needs in partnership
with local authorities, health trusts, The Housing Corporation
and a range of voluntary organisations.

Sovereign
Housing Association was set up in 1989 to take the transfer
of 7,000 properties from Newbury District Council.
The Association has grown and spread over its first ten
years and now owns and manages more than 12,000 homes in
the South and South West of England.
